Return & Refund Policy
Every order from Jenna Larco is created and packaged with great care. Because of the nature of my products, all sales are final, except in the rare case that an item arrives damaged.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, I’m truly sorry—that’s never the experience I want for you. I’m happy to help make it right.
Please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos showing the damage so I can review your request quickly.
You do not need to return the item.
Please don’t mail anything back unless I specifically ask you to.
How to Reach Me
Email jennalarco@gmail.com with:
Your order number
A brief description of what happened
Clear photos of the damaged item (and packaging, if applicable)
Providing photos allows me to resolve your claim as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
What Happens Next
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, I will gladly:
Send a replacement, or
Issue a refund to your original payment method
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the damage occurred during transit.
A Few Things to Note
The following situations are not eligible for refunds or replacements:
Damage not reported within 7 days of delivery
Damage caused after delivery due to misuse or normal wear
Items marked “All Sales Final”
Sale, clearance, or mystery items
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, I’m unable to replace or refund lost or stolen packages. If this happens, I recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Repeated claims of missing deliveries may limit future orders.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 14 business days for processing, and up to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
