REFUND POLICY

THANK YOU FOR YOUR BUSINESS! We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes it just doesn’t work out!  Here’s what you need to know if that’s your case. 

We accept returns for 30 days after your order is delivered. Your return must be postmarked within 30 calendar days of delivery.

All products are covered by our 30 day post-order guarantee. If you receive your product and are unsatisfied for any reason, you can reach out to us at hello@jennalarco.com and we will process your request.

  1. All return shipping will be paid for by the customer. Refunds will be paid out to customer upon inspection of the product by Light Your Home. 
  2. To assure your refund, please use a trackable mail service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages.
  3. Upon the receipt of your package, your products will be examined and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

Damaged Product: If your product comes damaged in any way, please reach out to at hello@jennalarco.com within 30 day post-order and we will ship you a new one free of charge.

  1. When emailing us, please include pictures of the damaged product as well as the packaging it arrived in.
  2. We will inspect the product and its damage. Once verified, we will issue a replacement product to be sent to your home at no additional cost to you.
  3. The original/damaged product may (under discretion of Jenna Larco Inc.) be shipped back to Jenna Larco Inc. at no additional cost to you.

Late or Missing Refunds: Please understand that we issue your refunds as soon as your product has been received by Jenna Larco Inc. and the refund has been approved. If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before your refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

How Long Does Delivery Take: Each order is printed upon order completion. Generally, the process looks like this:

  1. Customer Orders Product
  2. Order Printing Time (2-10 Business Days): Once the order has been processed, we print your order and prepare it for shipment
  3. Order Shipping Time (2-10 Business Days): After printing your and preparing your order, we ship it within 2-10 business days

During the entire process outlined above, you should be receiving order updates to the same email that you input upon checkout. If you are not receiving those updates, please check your spam folder and add that email to your contacts list.

If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days, please reach out to hello@jennlarco.com and we can track down your order for you.

Can You Provide Me With A Tracking Number: All tracking information will be emailed to the customer as soon as the tracking information becomes available. If you did not receive that update, please check your spam folder and add that email to your contacts list.

Can I Cancel My Order After It Has Been Placed: If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible after your order has been placed. There is no guarantee that we will be able to cancel you order and give you a full refund. If the order has been processed and/or shipped, there is nothing we can do to stop the order from moving forward and the customer must pay for the order. 

I've Entered the Wrong Shipping Address, Can I Change It: If this happens to you, please email us at hello@jennalarco.com as soon as possible and we MIGHT be able to help you. However, we can't promise anything. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it. 

We will not be responsible if you entered an incomplete and/or incorrect shipping address. Our system automatically processes the orders according to the information input from the customer.
