I do my very best to package and ship every order with care so it arrives safely and beautifully.
Shipping Options
I offer flat-rate shipping at checkout to keep things simple and transparent. Available options include:
- Economy Shipping – the most affordable option
- Standard Shipping – a balanced option for timing and cost
- Rush Shipping – for when you need your order sooner
Shipping rates are calculated as flat fees and are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipping. Processing time does not include transit time.
Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays, sales, or high-volume periods.
Delivery Timeframes
Shipping times vary depending on the option selected at checkout and the carrier’s delivery schedule. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Carriers
I ship orders using trusted carriers. Carrier selection is based on destination, shipping method chosen, and package size.
Shipping Costs
All shipping costs are non-refundable, including in cases of delayed delivery caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other factors beyond my control.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. I am not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to me due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this occurs, I recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Repeated claims of missing deliveries may result in future order limitations.
International Shipping
If international shipping is available, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
