Orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days after your order is placed.  We ship Monday-Friday.  Please note that USPS is experiencing delays on their end which may affect the shipping time on your order. Jenna Larco Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by USPS 

• Free Shipping at $100 purchase
• All US shipping addresses are charged a $6.00 flat rate fee, if order is under $100
• All domestic purchases are given a tracking number for shoppers to be able to track their package's delivery date. 
• 2-4 business days is the processing time and does not include the shipping time.
• 3-7 business days is the shipping time and does not include processing time. 
• We do not ship on weekends and/or nationally observed US holidays.We make every attempt to get your orders out to you as quickly as possible. However, due to the high volume during peak holiday seasons and storewide sales, orders may take slightly longer for processing.
• We start processing weekend orders on Monday in the order that they are received. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
• Jenna Larco Inc. cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address. If this is the case, please reach out to the carrier to further investigate the search for your package
• Jenna Larco Inc. cannot refund upgraded shipping fees if the carrier has delayed the package after it leaves our facility
