Made-to-Order Products
Many products sold through JennaLarco.com are made to order especially for you after your purchase is placed. This allows me to offer a wider variety of artwork, product styles, sizes, colors, and seasonal collections without mass-producing unnecessary inventory.
Because production may begin shortly after your order is submitted, order changes, address changes, cancellations, and product modifications cannot always be guaranteed once an order has entered production.
Please carefully review your order information before completing checkout.
Order Issues
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact me as soon as possible.
Please include your order number, the name used when placing the order, a description of the issue, clear photographs of the product, and photographs of the packaging when applicable.
I will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution based on the circumstances of the order.
Returns & Refunds
Because many JennaLarco.com products are created specifically for each individual order, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, color preference, or accidental purchases.
Items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrectly produced, or materially different from what was ordered may qualify for replacement or another appropriate resolution.
Please review the Refund & Return Policy for complete terms, eligibility requirements, and exceptions.
