Please do not purchase fake, counterfeit mugs sold on Temu and eBay. I am currently pursuing legal action regarding the unauthorized sale of my original watercolor artwork created by Jenna Larco.

These sellers are illegally reproducing and selling my copyrighted artwork without my permission in violation of the U.S. Copyright Act, including my exclusive rights under 17 U.S.C. § 106, and such unauthorized reproduction and sales may constitute copyright infringement under 17 U.S.C. § 501.

When you purchase these counterfeit products, you are supporting the theft of an independent artist's work and taking income directly away from the original creator. The products themselves are also poor quality. The stolen artwork is simply slapped onto the center of the mug, surrounded by a large white border, and the image is blurry. Even worse, my artist signature has been removed, which may violate the Copyright Management Information provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 1202, which prohibits the intentional removal or alteration of copyright management information.

Please support original artists by purchasing authentic products directly from the creator, not illegal counterfeit copies.
